Roasted tomato & basil soup served with fresh bread

 

Fresh mackerel fillets rubbed in devilled spices and lightly grilled served on organic leaves

 

Grilled goats cheese served with a beetroot & orange puree

 

Mains

 

Local fish goujons coated in a light breadcrumb and set on dressed organic leaves, with homemade tartare sauce & sauteed new potatoes

 

Chicken breast wrapped in Parma ham, with a white wine & tarragon cream and parmesan mash

 

Sweet & sour stir fried Mediterranean vegetables with egg noodles

Vanilla bread & butter pudding with Cornish clotted cream

 

Rich homemade chocolate cake served with vanilla ice cream
